Yasir Latif Hamdani
Yasser Latif Hamdani is a corporate and constitutional lawyer with expertise in aviation law, space law, digital rights, tech, and telecommunications. He holds an LLM and LLB from Lincoln’s Inn and studied economics at Rutgers University, USA. He is an Asia Society Fellow and Harvard University Law and Human Rights Fellow. Hamdani has been involved in notable cases including the YouTube un-ban case, a challenge to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), and unbanning BIS for Blackberry. He served as in-house counsel for Jazz and Ufone. Hamdani is also an acclaimed author of “Jinnah – A Life” and has contributed to various publications including Dawn, Daily Times, and The Hindu.
