Our Exchange Policy is simple and hassle free. Please send book(s) back from any courier service in new condition. Please re-use our bubble wrap and carton sheet to pack books. Please write what you want to get exchanged on a paper and attach with the package. We will do the exchange right away and send it back. If there will be any confusion, our representative will call you.
Our Return Policy is simple and hassle free. Please send book(s) back from any courier service in new condition. Please re-use our bubble wrap and carton sheet to pack books. We will invoice refund your amount via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Please write your account details on a paper and attach with the package . We will refund the amount of books to you within 5 working days.
Exchange process may take 5-7 days and honorable customer just has to pay the shipping.
Note : Only wrong books & defective books are refunded or exchanged.You have to make a video of book(s) which are damaged or wrong and send us on WhatsApp(0310 9516959) within 2 days.
